Personal Training


I work with clients in Manhattan and specialize in motion picture preparation and print preparation. Consulting on health and fitness for Film and TV productions is my passion. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry in New York City, I have tried and tested the exercises in my circuit training routines. My method combines biomechanics, which is physics behind human movement with creative ways to tone and shape the body. I developed this method to to give my clients the most effective and efficient workout possible with circuits of simple, effective exercises. Having worked with actresses and models from IMG, DNA, and other agencies, I have tested every type of modality from weight training to kick boxing. The fastest and most effective way to a long, lean physique is from circuit training with modified range of motion exercises utilizing body weight or light resistance from resistance bands, weekly cardiovascular work, and proper nutrition.
